Thank you, Yes Ive tried this multiple times with a support specialist and it says there are no active accounts. Even the support specialists is confused. I have to call the rebate care team she said.

Where to go to access the prepaid virtual card?
We received a text that our prepaid virtual reimbursement card is ready to pay off a device after switching carriers. But, I am having trouble finding where on the site I go to access the card in order to use it. Gracias
