False Information in Promotional Email
Twice now I've gotten emails from T-Mobile offering a free upgrade to an iPhone 16 "on your current plan." Both times I went through the entire process of setting up an order only to find really fine print saying I'd have to upgrade to a Go5G plan to get the free phone upgrade. I got on chat with T-Mobile last time and was told the emails are auto-generated and that therefore (presumably) they're not responsible for misleading information that might be in them. I'd really appreciate a T-Mobile representative responding and addressing this bait and switch promotion. I've attached a screenshot from the email I received today. Note there isn't even an asterisk next to "on your current plan."
