Downloads speeds we can live with, but the uploads have decreased to below 1 meg levels.,
Downloads speeds we can live with, but the uploads have decreased to below 1 meg levels., Up to late last year we had speeds of 5 to 1o megs for uploads. But the last six months it has dropped to less than 1 meg sometimes ,2 is usual. We are getting into the old telephone landline AOL type speeds. WHY? Customer Support says Engineering has the tower we use as under construction. Actually that tower has been on the construction status for several years. This is a rip and a scam.Did they forget to finish tower work?
Aug 2023 there were some guys working on the nearby T-Mobile tower. They then left and the tower has some antennas mounted in a unusual position. It is now Feb 2024, and the antennas as still just hanging there. Did someone forget to finish a job? When you call Customer Support, they do not the status of the work and state that is a question for engineering. Except no one is aware how to contact engineering to obtain answers on to the status of the work. So, how do we contact someone who is aware of the situation and can provide answers?
