Re: Anyone fed-up with horrible coverage from TMobile
cabmandan wrote: fireguy...you missed an important point. T-Mobile was excellent when we first signed up, much better than Verizon, better reception, better clarity. At some point that changed and ever since then we only get one bar on our mobile phones and often get dropped calls, sometimes at the most inopportune moments. If TMO changed towers and their new infrastructure is blocked from my area that would explain why nothing they say or promise improves the reception. Seems they need to find additional towers or find a technological improvement to actually respond to the many complaints about bad reception on this post. They guarantee coverage but they don't guarantee connectivity is their fcc response. They have too many customers. The FCC and FTC don't care.2Visto3likes0ComentariosRe: ITS TIME TO SUE T-MOBILE BAD INTERNET SERVICE

From what I've read here, T-Mobile is providing refunds for those who ask and cancel. Moreover, it's a totally wireless type of internet service. There will never be techs coming to your house. (One of the pluses of this type of internet service, in my opinion.) You need a wired service for home visits. Is Cox or Verizon in your area? Why should we give T-mobile a free pass for failing to provide us with adequate services in exchange for our very hard earned money?2Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Network Congestion

Starlink would not work out to be the best for what is offered for my location. I am not far from the 5g cell site. That's what kills me. Speeds when humming along are super fast for the price T-Mobile charges. Problem is I do not believe the network congestion can be overcome unless T-Mobile upgrades their cell site. Which I do not think will happen. Thank you for the suggestion. I just got done with me FCC complaint. T-mobile told me that our area towers are over congested and they have no plans to add towers to fix the poor/no connectivity.16Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Anyone fed-up with horrible coverage from TMobile
Sadly, that is a metric companies care about. They believe loyalty will save them from poor product service. My wife has been a customer for 15 years but she too tires from the poor network performance. T-mobile will only care about their business when they start losing ours.2Visto1like0Comentarios
