Detailed Usage Still Showing Last Month's Info 10+ days into new billing cycle! ¿Cuándo se solucionará?
Both the app and the browser are still displaying last month's info under detailed usage data over 10 days into a new billing cycle. Is there a timeline for T-Mobile to fix it? Normally it takes a day or two after a new billing cycle. Please help!Solved4.1KViews12likes38ComentariosRe: USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED

This issue is still ongoing 4 weeks with no fix, no timeline, no way to see any usage from the billing cycle!10Visto6likes0ComentariosRe: USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED

I wanted to make sure that I took some time to look into what was going on and find some answers before I posted anything because I didn't want to speculate or spread rumors. Firstly, I want to make it 100% clear that we are not getting rid of the ability to view detailed usage real-time. We understand how important it is that everyone is able to see what is going on with their lines. Waiting for the next cycle is not reasonable especially in the situations that are discussed on this thread and others. All of the valuable feedback that you shared here on the Community and through the tickets that are filed through customer care are extremely helpful. Your feedback is being heard and we are working on finding the root cause to this issue and fixing it. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. I know it has been going on for a while, but we appreciate your continued patience while we work towards asolution. When can we expect a timeline for repair?3Visto5likes0ComentariosRe: Detailed Usage Still Showing Last Month's Info 10+ days into new billing cycle! ¿Cuándo se solucionará?

It seems like they've purposely kept me waiting for their replies till I finally give up and then they send me a text saying they are closing the conversation because I haven't responded. Wow. Just wow. I saw rumors on Twitter that T-mobile is switching to only providing usage details until after the billing cycle is closed. Which defeats the purpose for those of us trying to protect vulnerable family members.13Visto5likes0ComentariosRe: USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED

I called to ask about it earlier this month and was told that it would take a couple of days to get the info uploaded. Then I was asked "WHY" do you need this information. Is that really any of their business? did you miss the highlighted post marked as the answer on the very first page? We all saw it. The problem is the issue is NOT solved. There is NO timeline for when it will be fixed. Will it be days? Weeks? Months? It's already been over 30 days. The other problem is many T-Force reps are saying exactly the opposite of the rep in this thread. Customers are confused and frustrated and I think a timeline would assuage their concerns.2Visto4likes0ComentariosRe: USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED

If we want our most recent usage prior to that, we need to call in and request the details. Those were her words. She answered immediately as well, so it sounded as if she had this information in her back pocket. That is ultra concerning, tons of people use this information every day for business and to keep vulnerable family members safe. This is extremely concerning and the direct opposite of what T-Mobile representatives posted multiple times IN WRITING on this very forum.2Visto4likes0ComentariosRe: USAGE DETAILS NOT UPDATED

Did u call them ? yes and they told me to look at the phone "recents" to see who called me Wow that's incredibly patronizing and dismissive of the actual issue. I hope this is resolved soon. It's been over a month. We need a timeline. Do we just keep calling every couple days? How is this not a priority?1Ver4likes0ComentariosRe: Usage Details NOT Available (aka not updating) since Feb 1
It's been nearly a month and there's no fix. I don't think it's being fixed. It's starting to look like the rumors are true. I really hope T-Mobile reconsiders and realizes this is a valuable component to a phone plan for customers. Please don't take this away!9Visto4likes0Comentarios
