Unlock SAMSUNG A71 5G from Tmobile however shows that is locked by SPRINT
I have a phone that was from Tmobile and I want to use in Peru with Peruvian Carrier. However when I introduced the new SIM a message appear "Comuniquese con SPRINT para desbloquear su dispositivo" . Tmobile said that the phone is unlocked however is lock from SPRINT think that was original from SPRINT an in the fusion Tmobile give me this phone. When I pay for review with the IMEI, the cell is clean, not in black list, no debt (Its means accomplish all requeriments that Tmobile demand for unlock a Cell). The instructions tmobile sent us to unlock is acrross settings / networks / other …However the option to unlocl definitly didn´t appear .. maybe because its blocked for Sprint.
