(Not easily and not without a lot of hassle with multiple hours on the phone and chat services) They gave us a bill account credit for the amount of the TV value. Re: Amazon TV Promotion Customer service finally gave us the code but it says expired. Anyone still dealing with this? Several phone calls and no help, Tmobile customer for 17 years. Completely unacceptable.
