Re: T-Mobile non return fee on gareway scam
sliderule43 wrote: Small claims court is your friend. I filed numerous justifiable suits against airline companies, and Lowes. They have always called me to settle for the full amounts. For the amounts you are talking about, do you really think they will tie up personnel to go to court? Did they pay you back the fees too? Otherwise, you would be out the filing fee. I would also contact the state AG, with enough cases, maybe they will give TMO a call. Maybe a class action lawyer will hear of it and take it on.8Visto3likes0ComentariosRe: Home internet becoming unreliable after few months
If you are not having to share your computerscreen, perhaps try zoom calls on your phone. I am crossing my fingers with TMO Home Internet, I have been seeing sub 100mbps recently, if they do not grow capacity to compensate for additional users, I would have to switch back to cable.6Visto2likes0ComentariosRe: 5g home internet stuck on 4g
Call 611 and tell them your gateway no longer connects to 5G after firmware update. They will open a ticket for engineering to fix it. Took them a week to fix mine and I have5G againsince Monday. They should have done a better job of deployment since 1.00.18 has been going out for a few weeks now. Ask for a 1 mo service credit for the inconvenience. :)17Visto2likes0ComentariosRe: T-Mobile won't connect to Roku TV
Is it that your Roku does not see the SSID? This happens if your Internet Gateway is on DFS for 5gHz. Found out the hard way after some head scratching then turning on Wifi Analyzer on the phone. It was working fine on firmware1.00.16 but I had unreliable 5G since TMO pushed an update to 1.00.18. I lost 5G and had to relocate the gateway to the bedroom closest to the tower to get 5G back. Even then, it's not reliable, I had 1mbps download early this morning. TMO says the tower closest to me is down (but it still work), so hopefully things get better after they get the tower back to 100% functional. Maybe your old Dell doesn't like the combined bands with 1 SSID. There are reports of IOT devices having problems. Try creating a new 2.4ghz SSID and see if your Win10 Dell picks it up. One thing I noticed with my Arcyadia gateway is that it goes into DFS bands sometimes and my Roku would not see it. I was scratching my head for the longest time until I used Wifi Scanner app (android) to find that out. Then I forgot about it later and scratched my head again. Only to rediscover the DFS channel issue. LOL4Visto1like0Comentarios
