Re: T-Mobile SCAM
The Magic words you have to keep in mind are " UP TO " that amount on your trade. gutierrezeric414 wrote: If you see an offer for "Trade-in your old device get up to $800" do NOT fall for it. Even after reading all the fine print and such they will switch your original offer of 800 to a mere 100 and that is BEFORE even sending in your trade in. On your paper that you print out it will say "Accepted offer: (Amount less than advertised)" Going into a T-Mobile store will not help either as they simply send you to call customer service, and customer service is not helpful either as they just send you to a T-Mobile store. Be careful and stay safe of this "offer."15Visto2likes0ComentariosRe: Do NOT Sign Up For T-Mobile!

Dude all I'm seeing from you in your post are complaints. If you are so unhappy with T-Mobile, why are you a customer. There are a number of other providers you can choose from so why this 1?4Visto2likes0ComentariosRe: My mom added lines and bought phones to my plan without my knowledge
1st off sorry you are going thru this. But here is the rub, as a Authorized user you gave her Permission to make changes to your Account. As such T-Mobile took all of these actions as Permitted by you when she made those changes. Authorized users by Default are allowed to make changes to the Account and theseDo Not need to be Reported to you as you have already given permission for this to happen. As far as putting the service in her name you may be able to do that, but as the original Account Holder you are still Responsible for Charges on the Account. As another user stated you may have to take her to court to recover your lost money. But as far as T-Mobile will be concerned You will beResponsible for any Charges Related to YourAccount made by Authorized Users. Kerryinbcnv wrote: When we first signed up with T-Mobile we got the Megenta55+ plan which was $35.00 per line and we qualified for the free phones. We also signed up for auto pay so our bill was $70 a month. Some how our monthly payments got jacked up to $180 a month. WTF? Is that how T-Mobile does business? Telling us that our bill will only be $70 a month and since we're doing the auto payment they tack on additional costs without letting us know? This kinda piss me off!! Can anyone tell me why this bull**** is happening? What is the break down of charges on your account. Your bill should explain what you are being charged for. Contact T*Force through Facebook and get a clear understanding of what is going on with your service. As much as we would love to help you there is nothing we can do to help.31Visto1like0Comentarios
