Re: Forced to reset my password
I cant agree with that at all but none the less that's just my opinion. you could do like I do and get two-factor authentication so that once you login you have to get a text sent to your device that you enter in the code. There is extra security there. After all if they don't have your device they don't get the text message.2Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Forced to reset my password
Well other than for security reasons it's just good practice. With as many Wireless account as there are being hacked into with people's information being stolen and accounts being changed it's somewhat important to have an updated password as well as account verification PIN numbers. nonetheless this is a standard industry practice and there is no way to opt out of it.24Visto1like0ComentariosRe: SIM cards old vs new
Only one will be active. When you activate a new one the old one is deactivated because you can only have 1 SIM active at the time. There are instances if duplicate SIM cards, but usually only for paired devices and for Digits lines. Also, if you still have the card the SIM came in, the numbers on the backside of the card and SIM will match.20Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Motorolla G5 Plus Wi-Fi calling issues
As the first of two last-ditch efforts you may want to either reset the network settings or factory reset the phone. neither one of these should really be I need adoption however if all else fails and you have warranty or are within a manufacturer's warranty. You might find that getting a replacement would help.20Visto1like0ComentariosRe: LG K7 phone setup keeps showing error message repeatedly, keyboard won't appear, etc? please help!
To be completely honest most people would tell you to go to XDA and see if you could find information on flashing stock firmware. That would more than likely fix the issue however not only is it complicated despite what anyone else might say it's also very hard to find information for Budget devices much less older budget devices. That's not to say you can't find some sort of information on how to fix it but those sorts of methods we can't discuss here but of course everything is on the user's risk. You might try to find some information in that vein of thinking and then decide that its just better off purchasing a new device.6Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Texting issues when connected to WiFi
if this is happening on all phones on all Wi-Fi networks then it would have to be an account issue. I did not see where all phones were on the same account however T-Mobile we need to address of the line settings and make sure that everything is refreshed and that there is no specific block or other issue on the account level.16Visto1like0Comentarios
