International charges mess. time to leave tmobile
Where do I start, I should never have switched to T-Mobile. The customer support is total joke. They do not know what they are talking about. Every representative contradicts what previous representative say. I lost $431 dollars. Well that was ok. But how they waste time during the chats for hours n hours for two months is a really bad. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer support I received from T-Mobile. My recent experiences have been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing, primarily due to the false promises and lack of respect for my time. On multiple occasions, I have been assured that my issues would be resolved promptly, only to find out later that nothing was done. I've spent countless hours on the phone via chat with your representatives, who have either provided inaccurate information or failed to follow through on their commitments. It is incredibly disheartening to be promised solutions that never materialize, and to have my concerns seemingly disregarded. What is even more troubling is the apparent lack of respect for my time. I understand that issues can take time to resolve, but being transferred from one representative to another, placed on hold for extended periods, and having to explain my situation repeatedly is unacceptable. This level of service demonstrates a total disregard for the value of your customers' time. I chose T-Mobile with the expectation of reliable service and customer support. Unfortunately, the reality has been far from that. I am sure that this feedback will be taken NOT be taken seriously. I am pretty sure, because they are very good at it. But it is for other customers who care…and will keep posting this review on every online form.
