Hey, @kennethkong! We don't ship products overseas, but if you know someone in the States that can get one on your behalf then mail it to you, that would be ideal. The only catch to that is that the person must be listed as an authorized user on the account. Please let me know if you have any other questions! Are you able to receive any texts from short codes? I'm thinking you may have a block on the account that's preventing these verification codes from coming through. You can easily see if there's a block by taking a look at these steps: Content Blocking. If you do not have a block on the account, I'd strongly recommend calling 611 or working with T-Force over Facebook / Twitter because a network ticket may need to be filed with the specific companies you cannot receive these codes from.103Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Misleading sales reps
Hey @biggdawg64! I'm sorry you weren't given the full picture when you signed up for JUMP! You're right, our store employees need to be 110% transparent especially when it comes to a service that you're not familiar with. @snn_555 is super helpful around our Support Community and is correct about the JUMP! policy. I know that's not exactly what you're looking for at this point. I want to make sure the feedback is provided so this doesn't happen again. Do you happen to remember which store you visited? With regard to making up for the wrong information being provided, I don't know what options are available because we do not have account access to make any of that happen. Hi @roxyramirez56! Are you wanting to see the contents of the text and picture messages online? If so, that's not an option through your My T-Mobile account. We do not store the content of your messages on our servers. Your feedback isn't falling on deaf ears -- I completely understand what you mean and most definitely agree with the suggestions you made in your original post. I'm SOOOOO sorry you had to not only go back and forth via chat for a while but then it moved to a phone conversation that was just as unproductive. 😥 I took a look at the plan you currently have and the feature you're wanting. For two lines on the 55+ plan with ONE Plus and AutoPay, you should be looking at $90/month which is what it sounds like you were wanting. The exact plan name is T-Mobile ONE w/ONE Plus Family Unlimited 55+ (TI) and if you need to reference it to T-Mobile employees, it can be found on DOC# 443182. I wish I were personally able to assist you with your account to get this added for you without as much of a headache that has already been caused but we do not have access to customer accounts via the Support Community. Hi, @dolphins! It's a bummer that we're meeting on these terms. 😥 I appreciate you sharing your experience even though I wish we left a much better first impression. I double-checked the offer because sometimes we have some stellar deals that would include everything you first mentioned. While I understand this is what you were told over the phone, the promotion does state that it cannot be combined with the carrier freedom offer. You stated that you have four lines with us.
