Re: Won't let me cancel Paramount+
surf tippers wrote: Website won't let me cancel Paramount +. Is this even possible on the T Mobile website?? Followed suggestions I saw on line and all suggestions take you to manage add ons which comes up blank on the website. Be sure you are on the PAH (Primary Account Holder) when managing add-ons. https://www.t-mobile.com/support/plans-features/paramount-plus Log in to the T-Mobile App, T-Mobile, or contact T-Mobile customer service to remove Paramount+ from your account. Log in to T-Mobile.com using your T-Mobile ID. Select View Account > Shared Add-ons > Manage add-ons. Deselect the Paramount+ feature and choose Continue. On the Review your order page, select Agree & submit.31Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: 55+ plan billing
carlrandrews wrote: My wife and I signed up for the 55+ plan at $27.50 each. That totals $55 and we do the credit card payment for the $ 10-month discount and still pay just over $64/per month. The bill does not show where the difference comes from so I am not sure if I am being billed correctly or if I will stay with T-Mobile because they don't explain anything to you. Appears that you are on the Essentials 55 plan, which is $55plus taxes and fees, which might total over $64.37Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: I need help to connect my android tablet to t mobile wifi

So if you are using a T-Mobile Home Internet gateway, the defaultis 802.11 ax, which your tablet cannot connect to. Appears you may have to create another WiFi band on the gateway, and set it to use 802.11 b/g/n so your tablet can connect.11Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Compatibility with Sony Xperia 1 V 512 international version

I think there is something wrong with my account such that it displays that I have Go5G Plus on my account page (see screenshot 1) and when I click on my account, it shows that I have Netflix as a promotion (see screenshot 2). However, when I click on the Netflix promotion line, I get a screen that says "Oops….your rate plan is not eligible for this benefit…." (see screenshot 3). When I click on View my plan, it says I have the 5G Home Internet Plan (see screenshot 4). I think this may be related to the fact that I first signed up with T-Mobile for the home internet and then added on my phones later. Perhaps try going to the add-ons from your primary phone, instead of through your plan. https://www.t-mobile.com/tv-streaming/netflix-on-us Step 2 SelectACCOUNT, thenADD-ONSnext to the Primary Account Holder's line. Step 3 SelectMANAGE DATA & ADD-ONS, thenSERVICESto select your desired Netflix add-on.16Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Old phone not sure if locked with T-Mobile or Verizon

What is often not mentioned, that in addition to separating or creating the 2.4GHz band, usually the encryption or transmission protocol may also need to be changed. The following threads may help, but usually changing the encryption from"WPA2/WPA3" to "WPA/WPA2" may work. Sometimes the transmission mode may also need to be changed from ax/ac to b/g/n, but that option appears not to be available on the newer gateways. https://community.t-mobile.com/gateways-and-devices-37/hp-office-jet-printer-not-connecting-38378 https://community.t-mobile.com/other-devices-11/printer-5071412Visto0likes0Comentarios
