11 de diciembre de 2021

Update: December 13, 2021

T-Mobile is making text-to-give available to help customers make charitable donations to support those impacted by recent tornadoes.

T-Mobile customers can donate in the following ways:

  • Text TORNADO to 90999 to make a one-time $10 donation to the American Red Cross, who are working around the clock across multiple states to help those in need and make sure everyone has a safe place to stay, food to eat, critical relief supplies, emotional support and comfort in the face of one of the most devastating tornado outbreaks in years.
  • Text RUBICON to 20222 to make a one-time $10 donation to Team Rubicon and help the Greyshirts remain at the ready to support by establishing a base of operations, sawyers clearing roadways from Benton to Mayfield and an expansion of operations, which includes removing fallen or hazardous trees and debris removal. Team Rubicon is continuing to monitor the impact of the storm and working closely with local emergency managers to assess additional needs to assist communities.

Text messaging charges may apply, and the one-time donation will show up on their next T-Mobile bill. For more information, please visit: https://www.t-mobile.com/customers/text-to-give.

Our thoughts are with those across the Southwest and Central regions of the U.S. who were impacted by this weekend's devastating tornadoes. T-Mobile teams are currently being deployed to offer a range of support and relief in several of the hardest hit areas.

We understand how critical connectivity is in times like this. While the T-Mobile network held up relatively well, power loss has impacted some sites. We are deploying portable generators, COLTs (Cell on Light Trailer) and other equipment. We will continue to monitor until power is fully restored.

T-Mobile Community Support teams will be deploying to areas in Kentucky and Tennessee tomorrow with relief supplies including chargers and charging solutions.

As always, customers that have T-Mobile's Magenta, T-Mobile One, or Simple Choice plans always have unlimited talk, text, and data. Los clientes de Metro by T-Mobile también tienen llamadas y textos ilimitados en todos los planes.

T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers with questions or who need further assistance with their account or service can visit T-Mobile.com for many account changes or updates or call 611 from their T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile handset.
