We do this by sending text alerts and providing online and phone access to account balance information and family controls. __Alertas de excedentes__ Las alertas de excedentes pueden ayudarte a evitar inesperadas facturas altas del servicio móvil y están disponibles para los clientes en planes de tarifas con asignaciones limitadas de minutos, mensajes de texto o datos. T-Mobile te notifica automáticamente con un mensaje de texto gratis cuando estás por exceder las asignaciones de tu plan y, nuevamente, cuando hayas usado todas tus asignaciones. Con las alertas de excedentes de T-Mobile, sabrás cuando te estés acercando a cargos adicionales o velocidades de datos reducidas. De esta manera, no te sorprenderás si recibes una factura de servicio móvil alta o si se reduce la velocidad de los datos. __Uso de datos__ Si eres cliente de los planes de datos de pago por uso, la primera vez que accedas a Internet con tu dispositivo recibirás una notificación sobre cómo se cobrará el uso de datos. Luego se enviará otro mensaje al titular principal de la cuenta para confirmar que tu dispositivo fue utilizado para acceder a Internet. Para los planes de datos con una asignación mensual, T-Mobile te avisará mediante un mensaje de texto gratuito antes de que llegues al uso de datos asignado en tu plan y nuevamente cuando hayas usado toda la asignación. Este mensaje también es enviado al titular principal de la cuenta para informarle si has excedido tu límite.
