Describen los Términos que usted acepta con respecto a los pagos recurrentes que realiza a T-Mobile. Estos Términos y Condiciones de AutoPago se pueden actualizar en cualquier momento, y los cambios tendrán carácter obligatorio una vez publicados en el sitio web de T-Mobile. Si eligió configurar AutoPago, autoriza a T-Mobile a debitar automáticamente de su cuenta bancaria/tarjeta de débito o cobrar a su tarjeta de crédito, de forma recurrente, en la fecha que seleccionó (o no antes de 5 días antes de la fecha de vencimiento de su estado de cuenta si no seleccionó una fecha de AutoPago específica) hasta que cancele su autorización por Internet en es.t-mobile.com, en la app T-Life app o por teléfono al 1-877-633-0696. Autoriza a T-Mobile a almacenar su método de pago para pagos futuros por su parte y de cualquier Usuario autorizado de la cuenta. ​​​​​​​El importe de cada pago mensual recurrente será el saldo pendiente que figure en su factura mensual correspondiente al servicio de telefonía móvil, servicios adicionales, equipos, impuestos, comisiones y otros cargos aplicables a sus compras en T-Mobile. Si encuentra un error de facturación y notifica a T-Mobile al menos 2 días antes de la fecha de procesamiento de su AutoPago, intentaremos corregir el error antes del próximo pago recurrente. Además, si se inscribe, cancela o realiza cambios en AutoPago 2 días o menos antes de la fecha de pago AutoPago programada, es posible que el cambio no entre en vigencia hasta el siguiente ciclo de pago. De lo contrario, debitaremos/cobraremos automáticamente el monto reflejado en su estado de cuenta mensual. Después de finalizar su autorización de AutoPago, será responsable de programar y realizar los pagos de todos los cargos mensuales posteriores. Usted también autoriza a T-Mobile a acreditar en su cuenta bancaria/tarjeta los montos correspondientes a reembolsos u otros ajustes de facturación.   __Términos y condiciones de pago adicionales__ Si firma en nombre de una empresa, organización o entidad gubernamental, declara y garantiza que (1) está autorizado a firmar en nombre de dicha entidad y (2) que el método de pago que está utilizando se creó con fines comerciales.
