Ingresa a [Account Hub](https://tfb.t-mobile.com/) y ve a __Billing (facturación)__ para seleccionar la cuenta deseada si tienes varias cuentas. 2. Selecciona el ícono de descarga del estado que deseas descargar en la pestaña Statements (estados de cuenta). 3. Elige un tipo de estado de cuenta (resumido o detallado) y selecciona  __Descargar__. Las solicitudes de resúmenes de facturas pueden tardar hasta dos horas en descargarse, mientras que las solicitudes de facturas detalladas pueden tardar hasta 12 horas.   ## [](https://es.t-mobile.com)Configuraciones de facturación ### Inscribirse en la facturación electrónica 1. Ingresa a [Account Hub](https://tfb.t-mobile.com/) y ve a __Billing (facturación)__ para seleccionar la cuenta deseada si tienes varias cuentas. 2. Ve a la pestaña __Settings (configuración)__ y selecciona __Bill Delivery (entrega de facturas)__. 3. Elige __Go green! (cuida el medioambiente) Inscríbete en el servicio de facturación electrónica__. 4. Ingresa tu dirección de email y selecciona __Inscribirse__. Selecciona __LISTO__. ### Desactivar el servicio de facturación electrónica 1. Ingresa a [Account Hub](https://tfb.t-mobile.com/) y ve a __Billing (facturación)__ para seleccionar la cuenta deseada si tienes varias cuentas. 2. Ve a la pestaña __Settings (configuración)__ y selecciona __Bill Delivery (entrega de facturas)__. 3. Selecciona __Send Paper Bill to: (enviar factura en papel a:)__ e introduce tu dirección postal completa. Selecciona __Enroll (inscribirse)__. 4. Para confirmar la cancelación de la inscripción, selecciona __Sí__, cancelar la inscripción en la ventana de confirmación. Selecciona __LISTO__. ### Dirección de facturación 1. Ingresa a [Account Hub](https://tfb.t-mobile.com/) y ve a __Billing (facturación)__ para seleccionar la cuenta deseada si tienes varias cuentas. 2.
