Ingresa a [Account Hub](https://es.t-mobile.com/business/accounthub) y ve a Manage Accounts (adminitrar cuentas). 2. Ve a __Manage Accounts (administrar cuentas)__ y selecciona la cuenta deseada. 3. Selecciona la cuenta y línea que deseas cambiar. 4. Elige una razón para el cambio en el campo __Reason for change (motivo de cambio)__ por Código postal o Código de área preferidos. 5. Marca la casilla para aceptar los términos y condiciones y selecciona __Submit change (enviar cambio)__. 6. Anota el número de la transacción para guardarlo como referencia.   ## [](https://es.t-mobile.com)Transferir un número telefónico 1. Ingresa a [Account Hub](https://es.t-mobile.com/business/accounthub) y ve a Manage Accounts (administrar cuentas) para seleccionar el número que deseas transferir. 2. Desde __Manage Accounts (gestionar cuentas)__ busca la línea con el número a transferir y selecciona el ícono de los tres puntos. Selecciona __Transfer number (transferir número)__. 3. Ingresa los siguientes detalles:  - Número a transferir - Fecha de transferencia preferida - Número de cuenta - Contraseña de la cuenta/PIN 4. Selecciona __Submit (enviar)__ y recibirás un número de transacción para comprobar el estado de la transferencia en la página Transaction History (historial de transacciones).   ## [](https://es.t-mobile.com)PIN temporal de transferencia saliente (Port-Out) 1. Ingresa a [Account Hub](https://es.t-mobile.com/business/accounthub) y ve a Administrar cuentas para seleccionar la cuenta que desees (si tienes varias cuentas). 2. En la pestaña __Administrar líneas__, selecciona los tres puntos correspondientes a la línea deseada y selecciona __Generar PIN de transferencia saliente (Port-Out)__. Aparecerá la ventana Generar PIN de transferencia saliente (Port-Out). 3. Solicita y valida el PIN temporal (One-time PIN). 4. Selecciona __Generar__. 5.
