As a case creator, you can submit 3 ticket types.
- IoT Connectivity: data issues
- Control Center Portal: automation, SIM’s, and reporting or billing questions
- API access
Crear un caso
- Log in to Control Center and select Help or contact our Advanced Technical Support group at 1-877-236-8008.
- Select Service Provider Support and Open a Support Ticket.
- Fill out the requested information and submit the ticket.
