Ingresa a [Account Hub](https://es.t-mobile.com/business/accounthub) y ve a Manage Accounts (adminitrar cuentas). Selecciona la cuenta deseada si tienes varias cuentas. 2. En la pestaña Administrar líneas, selecciona el menú __Acciones de la cuenta__ y luego, __Carga masiva.__ Aparece la ventana "¿Qué cambios estás haciendo?". 3. Select the desired bulk change type such as Change number, Suspend lines, Transfer numbers, Cancel subscribers, Update the line identifiers, Change Caller ID names, Voicemail PIN reset, Restore lines, Change SIMs, Generate Transfer PIN, Call Forwarding, and Manage E911 and Usage Address. 4. Selecciona el tipo de formato de archivo (CSV o XLS) y selecciona __Download (descargar)__ para descargar la plantilla.
