Selecciona __File Manager (administrador de archivos) > All Files (todos los archivos)__. 2. Selecciona __Internal storage (almacenamiento interno)__. 3. Navega hasta los archivos o carpetas que deseas mover a tu tarjeta SD. 4. Selecciona el ícono del administrador de archivos (flecha hacia abajo). 5. Selecciona la casilla junto a cada carpeta que desees. 6. Selecciona __SD card (tarjeta SD)__. 7. Navega dentro de la tarjeta SD hasta donde deseas mover los archivos o carpetas. 8. Selecciona __Move (mover)__. ### Android - Samsung 01. En la pantalla principal, selecciona __Apps__. 02. Selecciona __My Files (mis archivos)__. 03. Selecciona __Device storage (almacenamiento en dispositivo)__. 04. Navega dentro del almacenamiento del dispositivo hasta los archivos que deseas mover a tu tarjeta SD externa. 05. Selecciona __MORE (más)__, luego selecciona __Edit (editar)__. 06. Coloca una marca junto a los archivos que quieres mover. 07. Selecciona __MORE (más)__, luego selecciona __Move (mover)__. 08. Selecciona __SD memory card (tarjeta de memoria SD)__. 09. Navega dentro de tu tarjeta de memoria externa a donde deseas mover los archivos o carpetas. 10. Selecciona __Move to (mover a)__. 11. Para copiar el archivo, selecciona __Paste here (pegar aquí)__. ## [](https://es.t-mobile.com)Usa tu PC Estos son pasos universales para dispositivos y usando Windows Autoplay. Según la computadora y el dispositivo, los nombres de algunos menús o funciones pueden variar. 1. Con el cable USB que vino con tu teléfono, conecta el teléfono a la computadora. 2. Si es necesario, en el teléfono selecciona la barra __Status (estado)__, muévela hacia abajo para abrir la pantalla __Notification (notificación)__, selecciona __USB connected (USB conectado)__ y luego selecciona la notificación __USB for... (USB para...)__. 3. En tu computadora, Windows Autoplay se conectará al dispositivo. Elige __Open folder to view files (abrir carpeta para ver archivos)__> __OK (aceptar)__ cuando aparezca la opción. Pueden aparecer otras opciones de transferencia según qué software tengas en la computadora, como por ejemplo, Samsung Kies, aplicaciones Microsoft, etc. 4. Cuando aparezca la ventana del disco extraíble, elige __Open folder to view files (abrir carpeta para ver archivos)__> __OK (aceptar)__. Aparecerán múltiples carpetas de archivos (que están en tu teléfono): - Una de las carpetas tiene los archivos guardados en la memoria de tu teléfono. - Una de las carpetas tiene los archivos guardados en tu tarjeta SD. 5. Ubica la carpeta que contiene los archivos guardados en tu tarjeta SD y selecciónala. 6. Copia y pega los archivos deseados entre la computadora a la tarjeta SD. 7.
