(NYSE: TMUS) today announced that its rapidly growing GoSmart Mobile® prepaid wireless brand has joined with Facebook to become the first wireless provider in the United States to offer free access to Facebook and Facebook Messenger for all of its wireless customers, even those without monthly data service. Beginning in January, simply log-on from a browser or the Facebook application on your compatible phone, and you're good to go.

Nearly half of all Facebook users access the site from their mobile phones, according to Facebook. By joining together around this offering, GoSmart and Facebook aim to give more people in the United States the power to share and connect while mobile.
