I just left the T-Mobile Store on Overton Ridge . I went on to upgrade my phone! I could not believe the top notch service and professionalism I was greeted with!! Bobby was the associate who really took the time to explain to me all the different products and accessories that were in my price range! I walked out of this store with 3 new products (chargers, glass screen protector and case) for very reasonable price! I finished up transferring all of my information with Ian! Between the two of them I was very impressed with how my full transaction went! I have been a T-Mobile customer for years and they really make you feel like part of the T-Mobile family! They are both a treasure to that location!! Thank you both again! I will see you next time for any other mobile phone needs!! P.S. I am leaving this review with my new IPhone 17!!
