I originally came into the mall tonight to get quotes from other phone carriers to get a lower phone bill. I then decided to pop into T-mobile last minute to ask some questions regarding my account and to see what could be done. Will ended up being the one to help me and he was great from start to finish. He was kind, honest, and knowledgeable with the issues I presented to him regarding my account. Will even stood a little after his closing time to make sure neither of us left until the issues on my account were resolved, which I appreciated immensely because he didn’t have to do that. He cared and took the time out to explain everything and we ended up getting everything resolved, along with also changing my plan and lowering my plan to. Will is a great & very professional employee and I am so happy he was the one that was able to help me!!! View on Google
