RCS issues - any help
Pixel 6a running stock android - unlocked device. 3 days ago the RCS features all went away for no reason. I've rebooted/reset the app/phone etc. and even reinstalled the OS with the Android Flash tool. Recently had to alter my network topology in an effort to get a better signal. In the process of doing that, my previously working hardwired security camera lost connectivity to the network. Before, I had my 3rd party router connected directly to the T-Mobile home internet router (Hardwired, wireless is off on the T-mobile home router) but now is connected via two TP-Link 6 port switches. I can no longer connect to my camera and it does not send email alerts as it did before. Then back to the Christopher screen (enter password), then back to the ### screen (repeat) and so on. I never arrive at the chat option. Literally can do this 20 times. I am trying to log completelyinto the app - I say completely because it knows who I am (Hello screen). I log in using my password and toggle the stay logged in so I don't have to log in every time. THe chat requires me to log in (again) and takes me to a Welcome, Christopher! login asking for my password. I enter the password and it takes me to a Wlecome (###)###-#### asking for password , so I enter it. Then back to the Christopher screen (enter password), then back to the ### screen (repeat) and so on. I never arrive at the chat option. Literally can do this 20 times. during chat we discussed my billing/payments and they were unable to offer me support. I informed them I would be switching providers and asked what the steps would be for ME to cancel my account. After the chat THEY cancelled my account without my permission and locked me out! I never said or verified for them to do it. Same story.... this buffering is ridiculous. Same time, every day... We are dropping this home internet block thing. Says "GOOD" but just buffering programs. I think I have had enough. I'm going to sue them through a class action lawsuit. Seriously. I want my money back. Always on time auto pay. Been a phone customer for ever. I am done. Please do not insult me with, "Where do you have your equipment placed?"...... it's 6 ft from the TV.... I've held it up all over this house. Done. Today, Tuesday, I got a notification to go check my T-life app for offers. I went to open it and it tells me I have to download the latest version of the app. Annoyed, I went to download the "latest version" of the app when I get an error saying that my phone doesn't support this version of the app. Now what????? I can't see your offers anymore because I don't care about having the latest, fanciest, coolest phone that just came out???? I have an S9. What on earth????? I thought those were darn iPhone issues! Billing Cycle Starts before device is shipped & received
I have requested a new 5G Home internet on 12/13/2024 and the devices was received on 12/20/2024 and activated on 12/21/2024 but T-Mobile created a bill starting from 12/14/2024 which is stealing money from customers for a 1 week which they did not provide service. When I asked to cancel the service on 12/24/2024, they are asking to pay $55 on next month and citing that a credit will be issued later. I need T-Mobile responsible for this inconvenience.
