One of 1000 Amazon gift card winners...
I got an email stating that I won a $500 Amazon gift card from T Mobile Tuesdays. I reached out to T Mobile via fb messneger, they verified my account, and they confirmed that the email address is a legitimate email address and that there were 1000 winners of the $500 Amazon gift cards. So, I clicked the link in my email to redeem, and it took me to a page that says, 'shoot, misfire. Please forgive us'. This has been happening for 2 days. There was an email address at the bottom of the error to send an email to if there were any issues, its cs@tangocard. I emailed them and I'm waiting on a response. My question is, is anyone else one of the 1000 winners? If so, are you having issues with the redemption link sent to your email? Every time I load the DIGITS web app I have to re-register the phone numbers. And even with the app continuously open I am being logged out after a while and have to re-login and re-register numbers. This is a hassle and it's annoying because every time I get a bunch of notifications on my phone. And what's worse is that there is no way to know I've been logged out. It looks like I'm still logged in but I stop receiving any messages or calls without warning. Is there no way to stay logged in? And not have to keep re-registering the phone numbers after I log in? My registered auto pay card was hacked and I tried to pay online and reconnect auto pay. It allowed me to register new payment methods but wouldn't accept the payment 3 times! Why I don't know. I then called the so called customer service phone number to correct this issue and was told I would need to pay an additional fee of $5. because I spoke with a human!!! This is bull and simply a money grab. Until this bogus charge I had been completely satisfied with this carrier. Also when someone searches for T-Mobile CS there are multiple numbers but no mention of this "speak to a human fee". T-Mobile Home Internet is Down in Woodland Hills, CA.

Well I was going to ask if anyone else has the same issues with data connections as I have. Ex it took 3 min to connect to this after I was into my rant when it froze. My cell signal is 2 bars and I live in a large city. After wasting all the time waiting on buffering I decided to get my point across. T mobile socks. Their customer service socks. They promise to upgrade to a better phone and send you a total piece of. So that's all I wanted to say. If you know of a service provider that has data connections at least as fast as 2g which is faster than 5guc when it connects. Please let me know. I have 4 lines now but usually have 6. T-mobile does NOT have conditional call forwarding. The codes don't work. Phone reset doesn't work. Network reset doesn't work. Technical engineers setting it up - doesn't work. Bought a new iphone 16 pro max - still doesn't work. Every other provider doesn't have this issue with conditional call forwarding.
