Conditional Call Forwarding - DISASTER
T-mobile does NOT have conditional call forwarding. The codes don't work. Phone reset doesn't work. Network reset doesn't work. Technical engineers setting it up - doesn't work. Bought a new iphone 16 pro max - still doesn't work. Every other provider doesn't have this issue with conditional call forwarding. In october, my neighborhood finally got fiber optic internet. As a result I went to my local store in Lynchburg, Virginia and returned the Gateway router, ARC KVD21, and cancelled the service. The store provided me with a restocking receipt. Now, in December, TMobile sends me a bill for $370+ for non return of the gateway. I'm absolutely fuming at the incompetency of TMobile. This is extremely poor customer service.Hopefully I can get this resolved tomorrow by going to the store. I don't know if other people have been affected by this. Any advice would be appreciated. Hi T-Mobile Community, I've been experiencing ongoing issues with my T-Mobile internet, especially concerning my home and business internet connection. My laptop frequently drops the connection or has very slow speeds, even though I have a full signal on my phone's hotspot. I've had no issues before, but starting in November, this problem has become constant. I've checked all the usual fixes resetting the router, rebooting my devices, and even resetting my hotspot settings but nothing seems to work. I rely heavily on the internet for work, especially on my 14 inch AMD laptop, and this problem is really starting to affect productivity. Whether I'm using the internet at home or through a hotspot, the connection is slow and unreliable. Has anyone else faced similar issues, or does anyone have suggestions for getting my T-Mobile internet back to normal? Is there a specific setting I need to change, or could there be an issue on T-Mobile's end that's causing these slow speeds? Certain contacts not receiving text messages from me and there are certain contacts that I don't receive texts from even after I text them. I am using a Samsung s24 ultra but problem started before with a s21, thought newer phone would help but apparently not. I just installed the new Gateway for internet connection. It works fine when connecting to websites except when trying to connect to the T-Mobile website. Here is the error message I get when trying to access the T-Mobile website using the Gateway connection: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.t-mobile.com/home-internet/faq?" on this server.
