TMobile charged me $370 for a router I returned in perfect condition and got store receipt!
In october, my neighborhood finally got fiber optic internet. As a result I went to my local store in Lynchburg, Virginia and returned the Gateway router, ARC KVD21, and cancelled the service. The store provided me with a restocking receipt. Now, in December, TMobile sends me a bill for $370+ for non return of the gateway. I'm absolutely fuming at the incompetency of TMobile. This is extremely poor customer service.Hopefully I can get this resolved tomorrow by going to the store. I don't know if other people have been affected by this. Any advice would be appreciated. Have had the black tower for almost a year….have two separate networks 5g and 2.4. Actually using 2.4 ghz for my ROKU tv and mostly works better then 5g network. ( less buffering) ISSUE- still only have 1 bar connectivity -- how can I get better connectivity ( more bars)??? I have - restarted, unplugged, tried different locations. I started my service in August of 2024. I submitted my information for my 200 virtual prepaid card and have not received it. I have spoke to a chat rep no card yet. I believe it is a scam. I am getting ready to reach out to the Better Business Bereau. I call every week and still NOTHING I am told that I still owe $200 when I received and email from the collections agency that my account was paid in full. "T Mobile will not pursue collections on the remaining balance" The charges were not service based, they were late fees, etc. Fine. My account went to collections, but I settled and paid way more than the service I received, yet my phone remains locked. They demand I pay the additional $200. Blackmail. Why send me to collections then? Why tell me every week when I call that they are sorry and that my phone will get unlocked within 72 hours yet nothing happens. This is a horrible company. I have been trying to get my $200 rewards for. Months if any other customers have been deceived please reach out. It time to stop these clown from getting away with false advertisements and misleading promises. And the fact that they team up with companies like Sam's Club to target consumers for extra perks is worse. 15 day test drive a lie, Home Internet Service
i tried out the Home internet for 12 days and canceled, was told by the cancelation service rep that i wouldn't be charged. i then received a paper bill a couple of weeks later, again called and was told it would fall off in a couple of weeks.
