Been there ... if you have a white G4AR gateway and patch 1.0.12 its a possibility. I had this issue 2 weeks ago, and exchanged. It went to 1.0.02, then 1.0.09, and back to 1.0.12. So far so good. Tmobile, after years of executive response team has given me various updates from "modernization " to "we're building a tower" (which never happens) to "signal is challenging " to "we hav not interest in building there" and "we've been trying for years, but there are no suitable existing towers that we can build on" (aka. You may need a "crossover" cable. Tbh, in areas that i travel, TMobile has been literally stating upgrades for 10 years, and still no service. In others they're claiming upgrades 1 month after they completed upgrades, and worst of all, in one area, they removed the tower, stated "modernization ", and no ETA.
