If the rest of your family and frinds don't have the problem in the same aeas, it is obviosly not the towers, but rather your phone, settings, or account.
In my case .... no. Tmobile, after years of executive response team has given me various updates from "modernization " to "we're building a tower" (which never happens) to "signal is challenging " to "we hav not interest in building there" and "we've been trying for years, but there are no suitable existing towers that we can build on" (aka. We don't want to build, other carriers use the existing utility poles).
