AutoPago
Cannot believe, after years on autopay, they are going to disallow it from my credit card. AS IF I would give them unfettered access to my bank account! No one pulls money from my bank account although I do PUSH money through autopay from my bank. If they want the money directly from my bank, I will be glad to mail a paper check for them to process every month (and I hope everyone else does likewise) until I can switch providers.Solved951Visto7likes19Comentariosdetailed receipt for internet and phone charges with detailed breakdown
I am able to expense my phone and internet bill for my employment. However, I need a detailed description of all my charges. Not the next bill, but what i'm being charged for my service. This will be the 3rd time i've had to write to get this info. I've been told in the past that i had to go to a corporate store. That is not an option. Can you please tell me where on the site I can find these charges and my payments. this is a deal breaker and if this can't be fixed, i will unfortunately have to find another ISP. thanks139Visto1like8Comentariosusage privacy from primary account holder
The primary account holder on our family account (ex boyfriend and father to my kids) immediately changed my account to secondary.Which means he can see every call, message, and search from my phone NO MATTER WHAT, however I can make no decisions about my line and I can no longer monitor my son's usage. How do I get around this without "asking the primary account holder?"129Visto0likes1ComentarioCannot track where the transaction is

DO NOT use T-Mobile. They rip off their customers and steal from you. FACTS - Did a promo where I had to trade in an iPhone. LIE 1 - They said I could drop my trade in at a T-Mobile store. The T-Mobile store denied it and said it had to be mailed. T-Mobile sent me a label and box and I mailed it via UPS. I kept getting notifications they hadn't received my phone, even though the tracking showed it was delivered. LIE 2-4 - I spoke to three different representatives over this time, all who advised they had received the phone and to just ignore the warning messages. These are all documented. Finally, my credit goes away and the last Supervisor representative I spoke to accused me of lying and never sending the phone in and I was out of luck. Also, since this went on for over 60 days I can't even file a claim with UPS. So I'm out a phone and my promo credits. In all about a $1000 loss from my pocket. Tmobile is a fraud and should be out of business.41Visto0likes0Comentarios- 279Visto0likes2Comentarios
assurant fraudsters
I have been dealing with this ordeal for 3 months. I certainly believe is a scam from Assurant. I filed a claim back in March for a device that broke, immediately after i returned my device. End of March received a message from assurant to send the device, called them they said that they received the device it wasnt scanned. Received a second message on April, called them same thing device was received not scanned , not to worry because they had it. At the end on May $579 charged on my account. I called them back again the device not scanned. I called them back yesterday to verify the status of my refund and now they say that they receive an empty package. i have tracking number and details from USPS where they handed the package to an individual at their location in York Pennsylvania. The internet is full of similar complaints. These insurance companies are scamming consumers. They charged you a monthly fee, they charged you a deductible and then they charge you more than the device is worth for a broken device. A device that was returned to the and they stated 3 previous times that they had on the warehouse but not scammed. T-Mobile should stop using this company. They are fraudster's. I will continue to complaint with FCC, Insurance Regulation and open a small claim suit. What you are all doing to the consumers is not legal. Your scam need to stop.863Visto5likes7Comentarios
