I can't pay my bill using an international credit card
Hello everyone, I'm pleased to participate in this community. My post is about paying my bill using my credit card, but now it isn't allowed because the bank account is not based in the US, even when the credit card is Visa. I don't understand why this happened. Even when I created my account, I made the first payment with the same (international) credit card, which worked. I need to maintain this US number because I'm doing my master's degree studies at an American university. Many thanks for considering my post. FREE PHONE PROMOTION IS A SCAM!!!
I AM SO FURIOUS WITH BEING RIPPED OFF AND LIED TO AGAIN AND AGAIN!!! Call every bill cycle and it never gets corrected!!! I traded in my iPhone for a free iPhone. Nothing was ever said about getting only so much for my phone. Free is free. The store manager scammed me and the reps continue to lie to me. They promise to credit me and it doesn't happen. After going to tmobile to replace my lost phone, the workers convinced us that if we should trade in my husband and children phones and get new ones and it's completely free. My husband asked what's the catch and they said there was none. Now that we are trying to switch because of the big bill every month we heard that we owe on the phones. Keep in mind that there phones were new because my husband had the Google pixel 7 and my kids has phones 13 and 13+. I received a text from T-mobile. They said I could buy 2 I phones get $700 off one, and receive a free line. I called T-mobile, they checked my account and said yes you definitely qualify.I then went into a chat session and asked again and they again said yes I qualify(I have the print out) So I went into the Store, I again, in front of 2 other live witnesses , asked them to check and see that this promotion was available to my plan before purchasing the 2 I phones. Again, they calledspoke to another manager and yes they said all was good. So we purchased the I phones, received the new sim card for the new line and everything was fine. Until I got my bill, T-mobile was charging me $10 for the new line plus the other fees( fees which I already knew I would have to pay. I am not opposing those fees. ) So I chatted with T-Mobile, the rep agreed (I have it from the chat printout) I should not be charged, he took the fee off and said that all was good. Low and behold next month the $10 charge was again on my bill. I again called up another rep Christopher. He said yes I see the problem. He again removed the $10 charge and said that it was taken care of……Nope, next month the same thing I talked to another girl Crystal, she again agreed that I had did everything correct and there was just a delay in the billing.She took the $10 fee off and she begged me and I mean begged me to say that the problem was solved. I refused and told her until I see that the charge is not on my monthly statement I would not say the problem was resolved. She reluctantly said ok. Guess what the next month the $10 charge was their again!!!!! So I went into the T-Mobile store and at first they said they would take care of itthen they started saying no this was only for some other promotion???? What??? I confirmed several times, printed from chats and if I wasn't eligible why would they all have said I was and agreed to take off the charges??? So the manager at the store, Said he agreed and would look into it. I sent him all the chats, the copy of the texts, everything. This guy tells me later that the girl that he was working with to get it resolved was let go and there was nothing he could do??? WHAT? Was there only one individual in the company that could take care of this???? To me this is clearly a bait and switch scheme that T-Mobile is trying to pull off. Much like their "oh if we merge with Sprint we will create jobs" but now we know that T-Mobile is laying off 5000 employees. My parents recently upgraded their phones after a T-Mobile employee informed us they were eligible for an upgrade with an $830 refund per line, plus a Costco gift card on our existing plan. Two months later, I checked and found that we're only receiving a $300 credit per line. When I followed up, I was told our phone plan doesn't actually qualify for the higher credit, and now we're facing an additional $60 per month to receive the credit we were promised. The employee acknowledged his mistake and even offered to pay the difference himself, but his manager reprimanded him for saying that. Rather than taking responsibility or addressing the issue, it seemed like the manager wanted him to cover it up. I've been going back and forth between customer service and the store, but nothing has been resolved. I enrolled in the 30Gb 90 trial that came preinstalled onmy Surface Pro 5g/LTE Laptop with but for some reason it never activated an eSIM on the computer. I called support 3 times for long times in an attempt to get it operational. After working on it for a bit on the 3rd call, they forwarded me to network services who told me that they do not offer this promotion for Windows butonly support phones, not computers even though the plan indicates "Windows" and I read to him off their web site the promotion! I purchased a new phone and traded in my boyfriends old phone through the Kiosk at Costco. I had a monthly charge for my phone and my boyfriends phone however, I was reimbursed each month for his phone. I went ahead and paid off both phones early. My question is related to my boyfriends phone. There was an approximately $350 balance on his phone and I was getting reimbursed each month for it.
