Insurance Claim
I'm putting in an insurance claim with my insurance for a BYOD device. How do I show that my prepaid account did not provide the phone? They say it usually has something like a BYOD indicator somewhere in my account. I have looked in all the screens and can't find it. Anyone know where to find this?28Visto0likes0ComentariosMy 5GB Connect plan changed to UNLIMITED, then data ran out completely
Hi all. Ive had a $15 T-Mobile Connect plan for years. Has 5GB data that now says "UNLIMITED" instead of 5GB. I wondered why. Looked it up and found out something started in 2021 where T-Mobile is giving the gift of unlimited, "unlimited data for existing customers" "Beginning April 18, 2021 most customers will automatically get unlimited high-speed smartphone data at no additional cost on all current lines." I fit all eligibility i thought, so figured that was it! OR they were rolling this deal out again, or maybe unlimited til end of the month as a holiday perk. But that was not the case apparently. I used up ALL my 5GB data on a video call to see what would happen and sure enough my data shut off completely. I feel like i was fooled. Can anyone tell me or speculate as to what happened here?176Visto0likes4ComentariosWhy can't I just cancel it??
I've been trying for months to get access to my prepaid account just to cancel the service. I NEVER ACTIVATED the phone number I was assigned and have been charged for 5 months for a service I'M NOT USING. I already know I can't get a refund. I just want to cancel the service. Here's the problem: online account login requires a phone to send you the verification and when you call customer service, the automation HANGS UP if you don't enter a 16 digit PIN that I don't have. I have the phone number but for some reason, that information is completely useless. It doesn't matter that I am the account holder. I don't have the ID so I can't do anything. Am I missing something? Am I just going to be forced to pay for this imaginary phone forever? It's due again in 4 days. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?114Visto0likes3ComentariosPrepaid paying late
Hi, I was just wondering if my phone number will get suspended if I forgot to pay 1 day late, I didn't have a payment arrangement or anything. Usually when I pay my fee on time, there would be a thankyou message sent to me, but this time I was late and I didn't get any message so I'm just wondering if my number is deactivated. P/s: I also tried to dial #225# to see my balance but it says system unavailable.70Visto0likes1Comentario- 45Visto0likes0Comentarios
Bait and Switch Help
How do I go about getting assistance with being Baited and Switched regarding my phone plan? In Feb of 2024 I reached out to Tmobile Text Customer Support to discuss upgrading my phones. I was very clear when asking for TOTAL BILL price from the rep. Rep said TOTAL BILL would be roughly $255. The bill has been $310 each month since. Ive called monthly to try to remedy, but never get helped. Just a $60 bill credit and told a manager would call and that never happens. ¿Qué hago a continuación?201Visto0likes3ComentariosWhy can't I contact t-mobile support as a deaf person?
Hello, I'm deaf, so the only way for me to contact T-mobile support is through social networks like facebook and twitter. I've been trying to do this for a few days now, and no one is responding to me. A message pops up saying that a specialist will attend to you soon, and nothing, no response. I can't log into my account. A message pops up: We've temporarily locked your account to protect your information. Please call Customer Care at 1-800-937-8997 or wait 24 hours to regain account access. I don't know for what reason. I do not want to publish my personal data here. How should I contact T-mobile support with my disability? Why doesn't anyone respond via social networks? Thank you in advance for your reply. and have a nice day.Solved206Visto1like4ComentariosDoes anyone know of a class action lawsuit we can be a party to.
I can't imagine more ways TMobile could rip us off and yet it continues. We went to TMobile to save money and because their sales and support staff are dishonest, probably because none of the employeesreally knows any rules, we ended up paying thousands more. Our bill was never the samrtwo months in a row. It changed and increased every month. We were promised a lot that was not at all true and ended up paying so much more. Even with paying off the phones to take them to another cell company, we had this 4 month old phone which was over $1,200. and was useless because TMobile has it designed to only be adaptable to one of their new SIM cards. Of course, we had to buy another phone to replace the junk we got from TMobile. It was never disclosed that the phone SIM card design was exclusive to TMobile. We were able to purchase the identical phone from another company for an additional $900. We were promised many benefits with the plan we signed on for and a smaller phone bill. In the end, we were paying more for our phones service alone than our service with internet at Spectrum. I have several more items they lied about that I can continue to mention but I would be typing for quite a while. Bottom Line, they lie and end up taking so much more money than you ever anticipated. Oh, and they mention the phone calls are being recorded. It is a lie because I asked for the recording from past conversations so I could endorse thedishonesty they were trying to push on me. Liars, thieves, dishonest, undependable and so many more nasty descriptions could only pertain to TMobile625Visto3likes3ComentariosBeing charged for a phone i didn't buy
I paid in full for a s23 ultra , I'm being charged for an additional s23 ultra on monthly payments that I did not order, want or possess. I need this resolved. Customer care will not do anything about it. This occurred on the same day, same time. I'm saying this is an employee error.41Visto0likes0Comentarios
