Insurance Claim
I'm putting in an insurance claim with my insurance for a BYOD device. How do I show that my prepaid account did not provide the phone? They say it usually has something like a BYOD indicator somewhere in my account. I have looked in all the screens and can't find it. Why can't I just cancel it??
I've been trying for months to get access to my prepaid account just to cancel the service. I NEVER ACTIVATED the phone number I was assigned and have been charged for 5 months for a service I'M NOT USING. I already know I can't get a refund. I just want to cancel the service. Here's the problem: online account login requires a phone to send you the verification and when you call customer service, the automation HANGS UP if you don't enter a 16 digit PIN that I don't have. I have the phone number but for some reason, that information is completely useless. It doesn't matter that I am the account holder. I don't have the ID so I can't do anything. Am I missing something? Am I just going to be forced to pay for this imaginary phone forever? It's due again in 4 days. This was informed to customer service on 11/05/2024, Despite multiple tickets being opened and assurances from various customer support representatives, this issue remains unresolved. As I was informed by a customer support representative, line usage details can typically be accessed for the past 90 days. However, I have been unable to retrieve the specific call logs I require. why cant your service agent find my order information?
I placed my order for the home internet and I went to go create my T-Mobile ID of course I was metwith what many people have previously noted as a "dead end" because it kept asking for my telephone number thatI do not have throughT-Mobile and I do not want one I wanted access to their home internet because that is the most convenient one currently and was the home internet that had the best prices as well although I'm starting to reconsider Spectrum even though I have had zero service over the past month with Spectrum but that being said I went to go talk to a service agent about my situation and I was met with the dead end as well because they could not currently find my order information and I've given them the screenshot to my email that confirms it so can somebody explain to me why suddenly my information is not existentSarajane24Hace 2 mesesNetwork Novice60Visto0likes0Comentarios
