Hello There ! I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my ongoing issue with accessing my call logs from August 15th to September 15th. This was informed to customer service on 11/05/2024, Despite multiple tickets being opened and assurances from various customer support representatives, this issue remains unresolved. As I was informed by a customer support representative, line usage details can typically be accessed for the past 90 days. However, I have been unable to retrieve the specific call logs I require. why cant your service agent find my order information?
I placed my order for the home internet and I went to go create my T-Mobile ID of course I was metwith what many people have previously noted as a "dead end" because it kept asking for my telephone number thatI do not have throughT-Mobile and I do not want one I wanted access to their home internet because that is the most convenient one currently and was the home internet that had the best prices as well although I'm starting to reconsider Spectrum even though I have had zero service over the past month with Spectrum but that being said I went to go talk to a service agent about my situation and I was met with the dead end as well because they could not currently find my order information and I've given them the screenshot to my email that confirms it so can somebody explain to me why suddenly my information is not existentSarajane24Hace 24 díasNetwork Novice30Visto0likes0ComentariosCant able to link phone number
Hii everyone, I have created T-Mobile account at account.t-mobile.com using Gmail and password. After creating account T-Mobile prompt me to link phone number. I am stuck at that place. Should I have T-Mobile phone number or any others USA number to link. Please reply if anyone know. Hello, I'm deaf, so the only way for me to contact T-mobile support is through social networks like facebook and twitter. I've been trying to do this for a few days now, and no one is responding to me. A message pops up saying that a specialist will attend to you soon, and nothing, no response. I can't log into my account. A message pops up: We've temporarily locked your account to protect your information. Please call Customer Care at 1-800-937-8997 or wait 24 hours to regain account access. I don't know for what reason. I do not want to publish my personal data here. How should I contact T-mobile support with my disability? Why doesn't anyone respond via social networks? I am looking to speak to someone from corporate about my services and charges. I spoke with a customer service rep I also spoke with a supervisor and they wasn't no help.! i'm sure in the near future it's going to be a class act lawsuit against T-Mobile for overly charging their customers adding fees that don't have anything to do with their account and the list goes on.
