I was a long time customer of T Mobile. I persuaded several friends to join. When my daughter and her family decided to move to Brazil to live by her husband's family, I encouraged them to change to T Mobile. I had always had great service traveling in Germany and Brazil and wanted them to have the same experience. Of course I called before hand and spoke with several employees to make sure that the coverage that I had experience would remain the same. My daughter called and was given the same assurance. The change was made and immediately, the coverage was horrible. I had never had such poor coverage in the states and now my daughter rarely had coverage in Brazil. I would have never placed my family at risk. I would have never recommended a service that would place them at risk with an inability to communicate especially while out of the United States. Did T Mobile care that their employees had lied to both of us? No. Did they make any attempt to make the problem created by their lies right? No. Is there any remorse or apology? No. Beware this unethical company. Deborah PowersDebHace 17 horasVisitante75Visto0likes0ComentariosUnprofessional SERVICE from TMOBILE
Recently moved from Verizon to T-Mobile. We got Samsung Z flip phone and it stopped working within 3 months. We went to a store to report this and they acknowledged and ordered a replacement phone. After the new phone came to the store, we went to pick up. The guys at the store said sorry your current phone not working so can't replace with the new phone. How stupid it was... Two weeks earlier they inspected our phone and then they ordered a new phone for us, but when we went to pick up all the hassle created and waster our time and effort. can T-Mobile stand on their promise or at least stick to what has been agreed rather than changing at their own will.ven2024Hace 20 horasVisitante36Visto0likes0ComentariosFalse Information in Promotional Email
Twice now I've gotten emails from T-Mobile offering a free upgrade to an iPhone 16 "on your current plan." Both times I went through the entire process of setting up an order only to find really fine print saying I'd have to upgrade to a Go5G plan to get the free phone upgrade. I got on chat with T-Mobile last time and was told the emails are auto-generated and that therefore (presumably) they're not responsible for misleading information that might be in them. I'd really appreciate a T-Mobile representative responding and addressing this bait and switch promotion. I've attached a screenshot from the email I received today. Note there isn't even an asterisk next to "on your current plan."Josh_K1Hace 2 díasNetwork Novice122Visto0likes3ComentariosIs it worth it still? Insurance that is.
I have an iPhone XR and my kid has an iPhone 11. Doing a deep dive on the bill we are still paying $18 a month for these for insurance. I verified with TMobile chat that we have the following deductibles: Accidental Damage $99 Lost/Theft $249 Accidental Damage Screen Only Repairs $29 If i lost my phone and filed a claim, what kid of phone do I get as a replacement? the Iphone 13 shows at $829. At what point am I flushing that $36 a month away? Probably now.... but if I get an iPhone 13 I am out $249, and at $18 a month.... kind of makes sense?krustyfoxHace 8 díasNetwork Novice82Visto0likes1Comentario- Vcampa1971Hace 13 díasNetwork Novice68Visto0likes0Comentarios
T-Mobile only cares about new customers
I've been a customer for nearly 25 years and that kind of loyalty is rewarded with NOTHING! They could care less about existing customers. They wanted $600 down on IPhone 16 Pro Max even with a trade in. That's why I'm leaving for AT&T who offered the same iPhone 16 Pro Max PLUS the latest iPad Pro (13 inch) both with 512GB storage and both with no money down.17Visto0likes0Comentarios- Jakesant0226Hace 14 díasNetwork Novice20Visto0likes0Comentarios
