T-mobile keeps contacting me about a number that I don’t use and can’t login on.
I went to the states this summer and got the t-mobile eSIM due to needing coverage there. Well I got an email that it was terminated, but somehow I keep getting emails about me needing to pay for continuing the service of the number. when I try to login on the number or the email I just get an error code saying "something went wrong in our system" and when I google up the support, it's an international number and no email of chat support… Do they take money from my account!?? I've started to receive duplicate text messages. A message will hit, then a minute or two later the same message will again hit. This looks like a system issue. I am livid...I was told twice by employees of T-mobile that I qualify as a nurse for first responder discount. Today I am told that I do not because I am not an EMT, Firefighter or Police Officer! WHAT???? How are we the "front line" and not considered first responders? That is beyond disrespectful. We bust our humps for our community day in and day out, underpaid and disrespected...yet we cannot even get a discount that others get? In the midwest there was connection around 4pm and internet speeds on the west have suffered for it. iPhone Transfer - No Cellular Plan
I upgraded from a 14 to the new 16 Pro Max through TMobile. I received my phone and followed ALL the steps to transfer everything from the old phone to the new one. Once complete, the new phone wouldn't make or receive calls. I looked at the settings, and it wants me to Set Up Cellular. When I click on Set Up Cellular, I have two options: INSTALL a plan or DON'T INSTALL. when I click on INSTALL, I have two options: transfer from my old phone (which is now already wiped clean) or use a QR code that I don't have and can't find in my TMobile account anywhere. I am so frustrated with the fact that I have this watch that doesn't work. I have to pay the $10 per month to have the watch, part of the deal, but it would really be nice if it worked. I have worn step counters for years and was looking forward to having a smartwatch step counter. However, it doesn't count the steps accurately. It over counts them. Of course I've called T-Mobile twice. Got two different stories. The second person told me to call Google and when I did they were closed. I didn't know they closed anyway really? This is just a rant. I've read a lot of comments about the fact that the pixel has a problem counting steps. It's just a bummer I have to pay for something that doesn't work.
