Lie to customer
They called me offering me 2 new iPhones 16 pro max phones and a new family plan, which would total $177.00... I asked several times if it was right, the attendant confirmed that it was, I asked for an email confirming it, he said that this didn't exist in T -Mobile… after 1 month I was surprised that the plan was $246.00, I called to complain, the attendant managed to validate the call after a few attempts and apologized for what happened and said that the T-Mobile would honor the proposal and I would no longer need to worry. The following month I had the same problem, they gave me a credit so that the amount would reach $177.00 but they told me that the correct amount was $246.00... very confusing, each attendant does something different and nothing is registered in the email- email, they want me to pay the amount of $246.00, they don't want to accept the return of the device because 20 days have already passed. This is absurd, I was deceived and now they want to force me to accept and pay for something that was sold to me for 30% less... I'm going to look for a lawyer to help me with this process.
Location services not working
I have an AT&T work phone and I can check into restaurants on Facebook and do searches no matter where I am. I a trying to start using my personal phone (TMobile) more but I am unable to check into restaurants on Facebook or get directions or search anything if I am not logged into WiFi at home or where I am at the time. I have had several people ask me to check location services and it seems to be fine. Do I have go to into the store? What am I missing? Thanks!
Overland Park KS Neighborhood connnectivity
In the Overland Park KS neighborhood (a few miles radius from HQ) there are several spots where the signal inexplicably drops from great to zero meaning that phone conversations enjoy a few seconds of silence. This is frustrating when you are having a conversation while driving and you have to observe moments of silence during the conversation. Having made several calls to tmo technical support and after spending multiple hours with them in the past I have given up that there is not a solution to the problem and basically recognized when this happens in my route of travel and informing the other party (if possible) that this may happen. Anyone been able to provide relevant data to resolve the issue or found a workaround? The devices in my household are a couple of iPhone 15 Pro's and one Samsung Ultra 23.Internet Only - Can't view devices on network any more
I have phone service through another carrier and Home Internet through T-Mobile since February. I wanted to check what devices are on my network, which I used to be able to do through the T-Mobile Internet app. Can't do it any more. When I go to Devices, it wants to get me connected and tells me to connect my phone to T-Mobile Wi-Fi, which I can't do because my phone service isn't through T-Mobile. This wasn't an issue 2 weeks ago. Any suggestions?
TP-Link mifwi won't connect to internet
Hi I've just put a new T-Mobile sim in my TP-Link M7010 mobile wifi unit and it won't connect to the internet in USA. I can connect my phone to it and it appears to have wifi, but it won't open any websites or download emails. Status says connected but no internet. Any suggestions on what I should try? I had the SIM activated in the T-Mobile shop, but they didn't know what to suggest. I've tried it in 2 different mifi devices; one from UK and the other from Spain. Thanks
