5G Home Internet signal on gateway says it is weak
We've had T mobile 5G home internet for a year, and it's saved us a lot of money. Unfortunately, though, sometimes it gets poorer. After adjusting the gateway, I used to be able to get it to be "good," but unfortunately now it says "weak" no matter what I do. My zip code is 07456, the gateway model is TMO-G4AR, and the model # is JT5091038, firmware release 1.00.12. The gateway is pointed out a window toward the cell tower at the highest available floor, 4.5 feet off the ground. Hello All, Sometime in the future I will be stationed in Guantanamo Bay and would like to make sure I take the precautions with many plan. What is the best way to not have issues getting there and most importantly, while being there? Well I was going to ask if anyone else has the same issues with data connections as I have. Ex it took 3 min to connect to this after I was into my rant when it froze. My cell signal is 2 bars and I live in a large city. After wasting all the time waiting on buffering I decided to get my point across. T mobile socks. Their customer service socks. They promise to upgrade to a better phone and send you a total piece of. So that's all I wanted to say. If you know of a service provider that has data connections at least as fast as 2g which is faster than 5guc when it connects. Please let me know. I have 4 lines now but usually have 6. Hi, I have been dealing with this horrible company for just about 7 months. I have pages of documents. When I say pages that is no lie. I have missed approximately 18+ days of work because we all know talking with somone and getting transfered several times take a lot of time. I try to get help and all I get is sorry we can't do that. I have people's names and ID#'s. Its unfortunate we can never talk with someone direct from the corporate office. Here's my small little rant. 5 lines $394? Hummm my bill was $320 /mo with everything how it got to that is crazy. I have totals well over$1,500 of overages being charged to my account oh that doesn't include the $576.61 that I was just charged today 12/20/24. Yes, my account has always been current. I've had 2 people one supervisor and one customer care representative yes i have names and id #'s, that stated yes I'll call you back tomorrow. The representative was over two weeks ago and the supervisor was over a week ago? Still no call back. Said they would be calling back today 12-20-24. Called back do to more over charges and have been on the phone for over 2 hours now. Since the end of October to now, I've barely been able to use my internet and can't connect to my mobile phone's hotspot at all. I purchased the $10 add-on for 50GB extra data/hotspot for work purposes. I've had it for a very long time and haven't been having trouble with it until now. Not sure what's going on. I go to the same places everyday and have always been able to connect, but now I can't. My bar will show full signal strength, but nothing happens. Google Maps is stuck loading, my laptop can't even connect to my phone's hotspot. Even at home, when we had power outages, I was able to connect to my phone's hotspot. But now, I can't even connect to it at home. I have 4 lines and all phones experience the same thing. Just trying to find some way to let it be known that JuvensDeserves a lot of credit and perhaps a reward. I was more than thrilled with his customer service, HECK i made a point to gwt his name.He listened to me, was kind and polite most importantly he got me signed up and going with just what I wanted. I've been waiting along time to say good bye to breezeline internet and hello to T-Mobile. He made everything easy and understandable with a smooth voice to top it off.
