MLB.TV free offer for 2023 season?
Hello, I realize its early but is T-mobile going to offer MLB.TV for free for the 2023 season like they have done in previous years? I thought I had read somewhere that the agreement between T-mobile and MLB had ended but maybe that was for MLB network and not MLB.tv?rpclark1Hace 2 añosNewbie Caller101KViews12likes38ComentariosGood signal/bars but no network connection many times daily
Ok here's what is going on... I have pretty good signal almost full 5g bars most of the time down to where it drops to 4g lte at full bars. From time to time every couple hours I lose connection to the network where I can't text no apps work etc but usually I can still make calls just fine while this is happening. It only lasts 1-2 minutes sometimes or it may be out 15-20 then all of the sudden it's back to normal like nothing ever happened. It may go right back out again in 2 minutes or it may not happen for hours. Also it only happens on my new galaxy a32 not on our old galaxy j7 or prime whatever it was or on the older LG phone both of which are still being used on this account and same house at same time but they have no issues with connection ever. They aren't 5g either so I figure 5g has something to do with it. It just really gets old when you can't finish a conversation or get directions because internet/network connection just stopped. What can I do? All my connection settings are set how tmobile and other people have said they should be. I don't have Wi-Fi so I'm set to always use mobile data. What now? Or will I just have to suffer through. It's prob just some tmobile network problem that's with the new 5g. I guess that's what I get buying a new phone. ¿Tienes alguna idea?88KViews22likes79ComentariosYou are not allowed to make calls at this time
Whenever I attempt to make a phone call to contacts or any random number I get a instant notification from T-Mobile saying that You are not able to make calls at this time. always allowed numbers can be reached . What fresh heck is this? Oddly enough I can call T-Mobile and the other line on my account works fine and I can text with no problem both on Wi-Fi and LTE so it seems Wi-Fi calling does nothing to help or hinder. Network settings have not changed.Solvedsnn555Hace 7 añosBandwidth Buff85KViews1like40Comentariost-mobile home internet outage map
My home internet has been sucking for last 2-3weeks. Is there any place I can lookup & see the home internet service outage / issues map? Xfinity used to be very good in informing via text & maps to show outages. Does t-mobile have anything like that??Ali2020Hace 2 añosNewbie Caller72KViews9likes9ComentariosCan't receive data when on 5G UC
New Pixel 6 Pro. Worked fine for first few days. Now when the phone shows connected to 5G UC, I can not receive any data or connect to internet. There's an exclamation point in the notification area. If the phone shows just 5G or LTE them I can receive data. Tried resetting all networks and still won't work on 5G UC band.rswain64Hace 4 añosNewbie Caller61KViews4likes54ComentariosVPN issues
All devices and home network are good. Signal strength is 2 bars (weak, but functional). Spouse needs to set up VPN to work from home, but even IT from the office could not get VPN to work via T-Mobile Home Internet. VPN worked just fine on the same computer using cable network.J57littleHace 4 añosNewbie Caller61KViews8likes100ComentariosAlaska Coverage
I am going to Alaska and would like to know more about the coverage. I already checked the coverage map and it indicated that there is "partner coverage". I also read that the partner coverage is provided by roaming on AT&T's network. Has anybody else been to Alaska and can confirm if it was decent coverage? Is there a charge to roam on AT&T's network? I read someone else's question posted here and one answer was contradictory regarding pricing. The answer stated calling is free but then it said calling is .20 per minute so I'm curious which it is. Is there anything we need to do to ready our phones (iPhone 6plus and Samsung Note 4) to be able to use the AT&T network? Thanks for your help.Solvedleahrenae76Hace 9 añosNewbie Caller59KViews0likes20ComentariosTexting issues when connected to WiFi
I've been having an issue for about a week now where as soon as my phone connects to Wifi, I begin having issues sending and receiving text messages. I've been having the same issue as well as my Girlfriend, her Mom, and her Daughter all having the exact same issues when on WiFi. This includes 4 different phones, 3 different Samsung models and an iPhone. All T-Mobile devices. This issue seems to only be with text messaging. No issues with calls or any type of Data or internet related App. Just sending and receiving text messages. I called support last week because I was certain this was a known issue for many people, but was told it was not. I went through all the trouble shooting steps with the team and nothing they could do seemed to fix the issue. I cleared my cache, checked my data to ensure it was all setup correctly, I'm even now using a brand new Note 9 and still having the same issues. When I called originally I was using my s7 Edge. I've taken a few photos where you can see the change. When you're not on WiFi you can see the 4gLTE symbol next to the service indicator and it seems to work fine. https://postimg.cc/image/xsv6evu2v/ As soon as I connect to WiFi, that 4gLTE symbol goes away. I'm pretty sure it never did this before. https://postimg.cc/image/r2ep5gemv/ Then when sending I get these errors.. https://postimg.cc/image/nisrfmwhj/ On top of the issue with sending failures, sometimes after taking minutes to send, the person who is receiving the message will get up to 4 copies of the same message. I will also receive up to 4 copies of a message when getting texts. So it's an issue with incoming and outgoing. This seems to be something that change with an update/service. Not the device or anything. When I got my note 9, the 1st thing it had me do was connect to WiFi and I immediately noticed this same issue (no 4gLTE symbol) before installing a single APP or anything. I'd like to point out, this is not always an issue. Most time it works pretty well, however it's a daily occurrence for the last week. Happens while I have full cell and 500MB+ WiFi service. Please advise how this is to be resolved. Thanks, MatthewSolvedmvincent1102Hace 7 añosRoaming Rookie54KViews4likes78ComentariosPeople calling me get a busy signal
The majority of the people calling me get a busy signal even when I'm not on the phone.Solveddaddyo1425Hace 7 añosNewbie Caller50KViews0likes27ComentariosPhone call sounds garbled and robotic
Every so often, maybe about once or twice a week, I will encounter this problem where I will make or receive a phone call and the call will sound garbled in general, but voices will sound robotic and unclear. Even the dial tone is garbled. This has happened while calling other mobile phones as well as calling a landline. Every time it has happened, I have been in an area with good coverage, normally full coverage or near-full coverage. If I am streaming music prior to the call, it will be choppy and have streaming issues when I end the call. The only method I have found to resolve it is to restart my phone, which is not an ideal experience. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I never experienced this when I was previously on the AT&T network and I'm concluding it is probably a network issue rather than a device issue, however I haven't ruled out either as a possibility. My device is a Moto G4 Play, which hasn't had any problems since I got it.Solved49KViews1like33Comentarios
