There seems a serious hardware issue with the Samsung Galaxy Flip 4. The idea of this phone and utility is amazing and convenient. However, after 6 months the phone hinge feature locked up and I was unable to open the phone completely. Then at nearly the same time a black spot appeared in the middle of the phone. This black spot grew quickly to cover approximately 80% of the phone screen. This rendered the phone incredible difficult to utilize. Now, I have been questioned on this phone my numerous people over the time I had this phone. I always spoke of the phonein a positive way. I've also been a big advocate of T-Mobile and the coverage and services provided. Upon bringing the now unusable phone in to the store. I was told I couldn't get the phone replaced at the store. As we all know, having phone service is incredibly phone important, imperative to many. I pay the $18 plus for the insurance. I was told I could pay $100 to get a new phone delivered Next Day Air. I was also informed that the T-Mobile employee helping stated that they are aware of the typical issue the Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 is having these known hardware failure issues. I was the informed I would need to pay $5 for a warrantied replacement. I agreed. However, I would have to wait several days to obtain a new phone. The $1000 phone I had was unusable. I'm just wondering how many people out there think it's unreasonable for T-mobile force it's customers to go without the ability to communicate, conduct business, stay in touch with family and friends on their network and not inform all the paying customers that are in possession of the Samsung Flip 4 of the rather common catastrophic hardware failure? A recall? It would appear T-Mobile and or Samsung aren't owning up to this issue. Should good loyal paying customers be subjected to this negligence? Anyone else have issues with the Samsung Galaxy Flip phones?615Visto1like4ComentariosNot Receiving Group Texts and Server Alarms on WiFi
When I'm connected to WiFi, I am not receiving group texts that include one Android user. Additionally, I'm not receiving web-based texts (such as server alarm notifications) when there is an issue. However, when I disable WiFi and switch to cellular data, I receive all of these messages immediately. My carrier is T-Mobile. I've tried basic troubleshooting, but the issue persists. Any advice on resolving this so that I can receive all messages over WiFi would be appreciated. ¡Gracias!99Visto0likes1ComentarioHow Do You Keep Your Hands Warm While Using Your Phone in Winter?
How do you keep your hands warm when using your phone in the winter? I think touchscreen gloves might be the best solution-they keep your hands cozy and still let you use your phone without any hassle. What do you think? Do you have other tricks that work for you?92Visto0likes2ComentariosThousands of patients with T-Mobile unable to use our IVR (DTMF tones not transmitting, requires multiple calls)
I work for medical clinic with about 600 users. For almost 2 years now, we have been having issues where wireless callers from T-Mobile/Mint/Metro PCS and all of their MVNOs, have the inability to get through our IVR system. They will push options in our main auto attendant IVR and it will not register anything they press. Sometimes it will take multiple calls before finally, they are able to transmit tones. I am able to duplicate this issue on my T-Mobile test line on my iphone (signed up for the 90 day evaluation) as well as a test android phone. Wifi calling disabled, strong LTE or 5G signal. Issue happens all over our City, and some of the surrounding cities. Both phones (iphone 14 Pro Max and T-Mobile Revl and OnePlus N200, all the latest ios and carrier updates). Our support vendor for our phone system and our SIP carrier keep telling us the issue is on T-Mobile's side. I had worked with T-Mobile support for several weeks, and they tried to blame the issue on iPhone, stating that ever since iOS 13, the DTMF Long tones are no longer a thing, and to verify that our system can handle short tones. I don't buy the DTMF thing, because why would Verizon and AT&T iphones not have any issues with our IVR. Plus, I can duplicate the same issue, multiple times, on an Android phone. They have now proceeded to kick the can down the road and told me to have our patients reach directly out to their support. Ok, we have done that, for 8+ months, and it got us nowhere, except 100s of angry clients with T-Mobile. I know at least 50 of our patients have switched carriers because of this issue. I am literally at my wits end with this issue. Does anyone else out there have a similar experience or issue? If you did and solved it, please tell me what you did so we can try it. We have tried the whole Network reset, Wifi calling on and off, etc. I have made about 200 test calls in the past 72 hours, on both my T-Mobile phone, and another carrier. The other carrier, all 200 calls transmit DTMF without issue, the T-Mobile phones, its absolutely hit and miss.1.4KViews1like11Comentariosnew voicemail notification WILL NOT DELETE
I am so unbelievably frustrated. I haven't used voicemail in years, I only get called approximately 5 times a year. and tmobile wants me to set a voicemail message… I click the notification for my new voicemail and it says "set up your voicemail box in three easy steps". mind you, I've had tmobile for ten plus years, and this phone number for at least fifteen. my voicemail is as set up as I want it to be. I can't clear this message without doing the three steps they're asking me for, which is first setting up a voicemail pin (which I've already done????) and second setting a greeting, but I don't want to have a voice message play when people get to my voicemail. obviously I don't know what the third step is because I won't do the second step. for reference I have a samsung note2077Visto0likes0ComentariosCan old physycial SIM still be used after switch to ESIM ?
Hello, I had a phsycial SIM in my old pixel 4 and bought a pixel 8 a couple months ago. It gave me the option to transfer the SIM as an ESIM to the new pixel 8. I have a prepaid 10 GB plan for $40. Today I recycled some of my old phones and I don't know if that old physical SIM was still in the phone. So could someone technically use that one to connect to my network or account ? I did wipe all the data from the phone and I think it was off for at least 6 months. I also have the sim swap protection enabled now and that port out option or whatever it is called. I remember when the switch happend the old phone did not have any network connection. Just wondering if I need to do something here for protection.Solved335Visto0likes1ComentarioSomeone has hacked my phone and is sending unidentified information almost daily to several unknown numbers without my premission. What can I do to stop this immediately?
I noticed on my account activity log from online invoices show that someone (with use of a handful of numbers) have been sending pictures, send & receive text messages, making and receiving calls, using up data on almost a daily basis since activating my TMobile mobile account, March 2023. It shows activity coming & going from my phone (without my knowledge). I'm not getting notifications, etc. aside from what I ran across online last night that has been posted to my billing invoice activity log sheet. My phone, a Moto G Stylus I got new with new service has been a bit glichy & buggy but I didn't realize it was hacked from the moment I turned it on. How can I block this from continuing to happen? What exactly are they extracting from my phone and why isnt it showing up on my real-time logs? I get some notifications when legit calls & messages come in (at least I think I do) but to see you exchanged 338 text messages with mostly unfamiliar numbers over a 9 day period is just mind blowing. I know for a fact, I haven't sent a total of 338 text messages collectively in the past 5 years let alone 9 days. Yes I said 5 years. I'm pretty much try to limit my use of the internet for personal use the best I can for fear of this same scenario happening to me now. I really need to know: 1) how to make this activity stop ASAP; 2) find out who is doing this; 3) determine what exactly was sent out from my phone; 4) find out why I'm not getting notified of all activity on my phone & 5) how to keep this from happening again either on this very account or potential others? So now that I'm aware but don't want my novice knowledge to make matters worse or allow this activity to continue, for the remainder of my contract, just because I don't know what to do from here. Can someone in the know, please give me some guidance? I would really appreciate it. Is there someone I should be in contact with via TMobile or within my local law enforcement office? Is there an app I can download to check my phone for unwanted presences? An app to wash my Android phone clean and keep it clean? Thank you for your time & attention to this very scary but real situation. Suzanne You can reply to me here or via text message since my phone has already been compromised. (zip512 9nine9 two 7 4 four) Thank you.1.4KViews0likes5Comentariossamsung s21 ultra 5g ultra slow
About a week and a half ago I started noticing my phone going INSANELY slow. Like, 21 minutes into watching a 5 minute and 37 second YouTube video and I'm only 1 minute and 12 seconds in slow. Can't access anything on data, can't download anything on wifi. And it's not a location issue cuz none of my other devices are affected. My partners phone through t-mobile works fine. Every other device that uses wifi is fine. It's just this phone I've tried everything. Restarting the phone. Having only one app open at a time. Resetting all settings. Factory reset (that took me well over 4 hours cuz it's soooo slow) Ive included pics of an update ive been trying to download for hours, 0.36 mb/s with full mobile coverage and 0.00 mb/s with full wifi coverage. Before this issue that would have downloaded in less than a minute. I'm at my wits end idk what else to do?1.2KViews0likes4ComentariosUnlock SAMSUNG A71 5G from Tmobile however shows that is locked by SPRINT
