Service in Boleslawiec, Poland
I will be in Boleslawiec, Poland for business and need reliable internet connection. How is the T-mobile service there and is their internet service reliable? I know ORANGE is a large internet provider there but want to see if T-mobile is comparable.jsdufnerHace 3 díasNewbie Caller37Visto1like2ComentariosCannot send text messages in Kuwait
Hello! Probably a one-off issue, but it seems to have started in the last couple of months, and today it's gotten so bad I can't even do what previously has been the work around, so here I am. Nord N30 if that matters. At one point I realized I couldn't send text messages to anyone. I can receive, but not send. I don't text frequently, so it took awhile to figure out. Messages show "sent", never delivered. Even when service is restored the "sent" messages never actually go. I have to copy/paste the sent message into a new text, then when sent, the new text will eventually show delivered. Same issue if I use Textra or Google Messages. I was on the phone with support for over an hour before we finally figured out a workaround. The workaround being that I had to turn off auto-select carrier, and manually select one of the three carriers available. Then I'd be able to send texts. Eventually (couple of days) that would fail, and I'd have to go back in and change carrier manually, then I could text again. When on WiFi I can't text either, not sure if that's normal or not. Not using a VPN when this happens, although I do have one. Today for the first time, I can't connect to any of the three "normal" carriers. And there is a new carrier I've never heard of, that seems to be the only one the phone now wants to connect with. Manual or auto, it won't connect to any of the others, only this "new" carrier. As this is a new development, I don't think it's related to the origin of the texting problem, but I wanted to mention it just in case. Really just looking to see if anyone has experienced the same, and if there is anything I can try that I might not have thought of. Obviously I restarted the phone many times, removed/reinstalled the SIM, sent messages to myself, called T-Mobile, etc. Thanks!dyeager535Hace 5 díasNetwork Novice26Visto0likes0Comentarios- wahidHace 13 díasNetwork Novice73Visto0likes1Comentario

THey made me change some settings, and still nothing. Then they made me re-start phone. I said that I would then miss the call They said they would call em back. Received no call back at all and now when I try to call again I get message (in Spanish!!!!!!) that the same call I made 1 hour ago I am not authorized to. WTF ????? I have several email accounts configured on my iPad including Apple iCloud. When I am connected via my t-mobile in home wifi network and I try to send a message from iPad to the Apple iCloud account it gets a "mail delivery failed" message with reference to proofpoint.com web site. However the message does get sent to other devices (that are not using T-Mobile WiFi). If I change the wifi on my iPad to a different network, then the send works also. Why would this happen, and how can I fix it?alfansomeHace 2 mesesNetwork Novice70Visto0likes0ComentariosInternational data Roaming
I had recently activated international roaming for India and Dubai recently for $50 (15 GB) for 30 days on my phone. But the internet connectivity stopped in a couple days. I was not getting messages or emails on my phone even though out of 15 GB of data only 2.3 GB was used. T-Mobile service is terrible even after paying. How can I claim for refund?magenta10015225Hace 2 mesesNetwork Novice370Visto0likes3ComentariosInternation pass vs free data in monthly plan
I have the Magenta MAX plan which includes free international data (5G high speed). If I add an international pass to the plan, will the system deduct internation data usage from the pass first or the monthly plan first?PMTHace 2 mesesNetwork Novice107Visto0likes0Comentarios
