I purchased IMEI blacklisted Samsung galaxy s 22 ultra from ebay to India , Please I request to you unlock this Blacklisted phone IMEI number - 354730481654030
Only the person who reported the phone lost or stolen can lift the blacklisting of the phone.
I'd suggest contacting eBay and asking for a refund.
