IPHONE 7+ stuck on support.apple.com/phone/restore

2 months ago after using Reiboot from Tenorshare to repair my phone that was not installing updates, it has been stuck on this screen. When I do a hard reset, it shows me the apple logo, but quickly returns to restore. My home button broke so I can't even use Itunes to unlock my phone with passcode   HELP??
