Need to unlock a device? Here's some information to get you started.

I really appreciate you taking the time to let us know what you have done to try and unlock your device. Unfortunately, we don't have access to account details on this forum so I can't see any other reason that these steps would not be working for you. I know you have reached out to customer service before and you have the email saying it is unlocked. It seems like it is time to take the device into the nearest store to have someone take a look at the device and help push through the unlock. If they need any assistance while you are there, they can contact our care teams also, so you get all the support you need in order to walk out of the store with the device fully unlocked and ready to go.
