need some help
I have a one plus nord n200 and i live in cuba.My phone is temporaly unlocked. I pay the cash and still dont unlock permanent my phone. I dont know what i need to do

Tmobile doesn't charge for unlock codes so check with the 3rd party company that was supposed to unlock it.
Why isn't my phone turned back on. Seeing we fixed the problem and the misunderstanding
