Unlocked device
My phone (T-mobile REVVL V + 5G) were bought from assurance wireless and it were unlocked. When I put the simcard from other carriers, it wasn't work.

You need to contact Assurance Wireless and ask them to unlock it. Tmobile can only unlock phones they sell.
Phones aren't sold unlocked and they need to meet the requirements from the carrier for the phone to be unlocked.
I bought it more than 1 year and I checked it unlocked
