Unable to redeem T-Mobile Home Internet reward

Received email to redeem reward but not working:  1) Loging in as first time user 2) Entering phone number associated with Tmo home internet account and 2) Entering Captcha...receive the same error over and over again..."We were not able to validate the information provided. Please try again OR if you feel you've reached this message in error, please contact Customer Service."  Tried from safari & chrome browser.

    Same problem here. I think perhaps this is done on purpose. Some people will just give up and not redeem.
