Franklin T9 Not Functioning After OTA firmware update
My roommate purchased a Franklin T9 on Amazon and activated it with a prepaid plan so he can play games online. However, the device received a firmware update when he attempted to power it off. Since the update, his T9 will neither boot up to the Welcome screen nor provide him mobile hotspot service. There is no help on this topic in T-Mobile's support pages. Is there a fix for this issue? Ayuda.
Power Cycling Franklin T9 Hotspot
I use a Franklin T9 hotspot to remotely control the thermostat in my cabin. Occasionally the power goes out for an extended period of time, and the hotspot battery dies. I then need to manually turn it back on again. Is there a way to set it up such that it restarts automatically when the power comes back on? Thx.
