Re: TMobile locked my AT&T Phone

All we can do is point you in a direction that may help. Yeah this make sense. Thanks for all your info.1Ver0likes0ComentariosRe: TMobile locked my AT&T Phone

Then you need to contact T-Force on Twitter and see if they can help you. Keep in mind if you are on a payment plan with AT&T you may not get unlocked and may have to deal with Apple directly as a warranty issue. I questioned on T-Mobile help page on twitter2Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: TMobile locked my AT&T Phone

I am on a payment plan with AT&T and i can ready to pay full pending payment to keep it clear. My first month is due in another 20 days so i am planned to pay all the pending amount. However i am afraid even after the payment how this phone is going to be unlocked by the TMobile2Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: TMobile locked my AT&T Phone

Apple has a flex policy where 3rd party vendors SELL "unlocked" phones that lock to the first sim card carrier. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/254042796 https://swappa.com/faq/answer/us-reseller-flex-policy I purchased it from walmart.com AT&T Ys that is what the policy is for. Walmart carriers Reseller Flex devices. You need to talk to T-Mobile T-Force with your receipt and they'll confirm it is tied to T-Mobile and then they'll put the IMEI in their database to unlock it. Without doing that it'll forever be locked to T-Mobile. Yes i have given all proofs physically at the TMobile store and they confirmed to TMobile customer care to white list the IMEI but since i dont have the TMobile account each time i call them they are creating new request (which is not referred when i call next time) and it is in not resolved status forever.12Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: TMobile locked my AT&T Phone

Hi, I newly purchased AT&T Postpaid Iphone week before. During the activation Instead of AT&T SIM Card by mistake i put TMobile SIM Card into it (Ultra Mobile SIM Card) So my AT&T Phone got locked by TMobile carrier. Now i am not able to use my AT&T SIM in AT&T Phone because its been locked my Sprint TMobile carrier. Initially i worked with Apple support to identify the problem. They only confirmed that TMobile is the one who has to release the lock to use this phone with AT&T. I have been working with TMobile for a week and did not get a proper response from them. They initially said that they want to whitelist this IMEI so they sent a request to internal dept. Then they asked me to go to physical TMobile store to verify my identity, Physical phone and Prrof of purchase --- I completed all these process Still my phone is locked by TMobile and they are not responding properly. Let me know what else i can do before TMobile unlock my phone.Solved831Visto0likes18Comentarios
