I’m gonna stop by saying I don’t leave reviews very lightly. I was Immediately greeted when I walked in by Jacob. I told him I had an iPhone 13 and I wanted to update to an 18 or 17. After looking at the price differences, we decided that the 18 was gonna be a better value and my husband was with me and he agreed. I told Jacob my major problem was the fact that I had the 13th for years and no one had ever been able to hook my email up.. people had tried and tried, but the most we could do was download an additional app and do it that way, but it took twice as long so I never went into my email. He promised me that we would figure it out. After transferring everything from one phone to another, we got everything ready and again hit a wall when it came to putting my email on the phone for some reason He called the manager over in between Jacob and Jeff. They worked and bounced ideas of each other until they could figure it out. I’m not gonna lie I’m in my 50s and if it’s not easy, I don’t wanna do it so I wanted to use their ability to make it easier for me. It took about I’m not gonna lie 20 extra minutes, but they figured it out. They were very patient and very understanding and never once made me feel like I was An imposition. They both went above and beyond and honestly, I was very impressed with the way Jacob handled it all, and when he couldn’t figure something out, he talked to someone and figured it out His Persistence not only got me my new phone, my new headphones, a wall charger a case the safety glass and so much more I bought as much as I could because he was so helpful and I wanted him to know I appreciated it. This was not an easy purchase or an easy application to put on with my email for some reason. Jacob should be Commended for all his hard work and his patience and how well he worked with Jeff to get everything done. It seems like a long review I know, but they worked really hard on something. I haven’t been able to have on my phone for five years and I really appreciate it.
