Tmobile Please Read. I went into the store with an issue that I had been on customer service with for nearly two hours. The day before, and since I'd had my phone 42 years, had called them over four or five times regarding the same issue to help me. But never could get a resolution. I worked with an associate named Payge. She was absolutely so helpful and took the time to actually go into my phone. And figure out why notifications were sticking, why my system was rebooting over and over again, and she didn't do what the girl the day before did when I went in there. And just tell me, I needed to get another warranty phone, because I just got one the same reason, that cost me twenty dollars. I truly appreciate Payges patience, kindness, customer service, and of course, overall, her knowledge to go. The extra mile to assist me with figuring this out. Did it take us a few minutes? Yes, but it was totally worth it. And she gave me her total attention, trying to get this fixed. I believe she went way above beyond because there were other people in the store. It was very busy, and yet she didn't give up. And just tell me, she needed to get me another warranty phone. Kudos to being the type of employee that a twenty four year customer truly appreciates. I was honestly ready to leave T-Mobile and switch carriers, but after working with Rob, I completely changed my mind. His patience, professionalism, and genuine customer service made me want to stay. I truly hope T-Mobile recognizes employees like Rob, because he deserves so much more than just a good review. From the moment he started helping me, he was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting my situation handled. I came in stressed and frustrated, and Rob completely changed my experience. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I left feeling taken care of instead of rushed out the door. That level of customer service is rare. You can teach someone how to do a job, but you can’t teach the kind of compassion and professionalism Rob showed me. T-Mobile, please give this man a raise, a bonus, MANAGER POSITION,a promotion, SOMETHING! 😂 Employees like Rob are the reason customers stay loyal to a company. We came into T-Mobile because my wife needed help resolving some issues with her iPhone. Although we had to wait a little while, the customer service was fantastic once it was our turn. The young gentleman who assisted us was extremely helpful, patient, and fixed everything that was wrong with her phone. Highly recommend this location! View on Google
