I had an outstanding experience with Danny at T-Mobile. From the moment I walked in, he took the time to understand exactly what I needed and never made me feel rushed. He thoroughly checked my current plan to ensure I was in the best plan for my business. Danny answered all of my questions, and even discussed other options that could benefit me. What impressed me most was that he never pressured me to buy anything or tried to upsell me. Instead, he educated me, allowing me to make informed decisions.
I don't consider myself very tech-savvy, but Danny was incredibly patient, respectful, and willing to explain everything in a way I could understand. Because of his knowledge, professionalism, and genuine kindness, not sales pressure, I actually ended up purchasing more than I originally came in for.
I also want to recognize his coworker, Crystal. She was the perfect finishing touch to an already excellent experience. If she isn't already in a leadership role, she absolutely should be. The teamwork between Danny and Crystal was exceptional, and together they created one of the best customer service experiences I've had.
This survey is actually for my second visit because I couldn't find the survey from my first one, but I want it to be known that both visits were equally excellent.
